All items are discretely packaged. International customers please know that we are required to indicate on the package the nature of the contents for customs clearance, please be assured that we are very discrete and your postman or delivery carrier won’t have a clue what's inside the box.

U.S.A. and international customers please note we do not charge any Canadian taxes on items which will be shipped to you outside of Canada. Consequently you may be subject to import duties and tariffs for products, though it is very rare, we wish to let you know in advance.

Assuming all the items in your order are in stock we will ship within 24 hours, Mon – Fri. You will be contacted if your items are not immediately available or if there is some unforeseen shipping delay. In order to avoid delays please always provide your full name, mailing address, postal/zip code and phone number with area code. Your e-mail address is also needed to confirm when your order is shipped. The number of shipping days is based on the number of business days i.e. Mon-Fri. Shipping costs are based on the following;

    *     Canadian orders - The total dollar amount of your purchase before any taxes.

    *     USA / International - The total dollar amount of your purchase. (We do not charge Canadian taxes*)

    *     Please note Gift cards are shipped free and so will not be included for the the purpose of shipping charges.

Most items are shipped via Canada Post. There are 3 levels of service depending on the speed with which you require your order. Please refer to the table below for rates and times. All rates are pre tax and all times are approximate as given by Canada Post.

If ordering a gift for a specific date and the deadline is close, please call or e-mail at info@scarletshop.com if you have any concerns prior to placing the order. We will immediately be able to tell you if your gift will arrive on time, saving anxiety down the line for all concerned. We never want to make a promise we can’t fulfill.

We ship worldwide. There are 2 levels of service, surface and airmail. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs. If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order.
